Riding Kinda Rough...

Anyone have any good suggestions on how to make my 88 Cherokee Pioneer ride a bit smoother I have a 2 in Rancho lift and another 2 inches in BB. I also have the skyjacker shocks on it for a 4-6inch lift. This thing rides almost like it has no shocks. Hopefully i can find a cheapish solution considering Im in college with not a whole lot of money. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Well I know that lol but there is no way its suppose to ride this rough. and it makes no sense to me cause all four shocks are pretty new, I picked them all up around christmas
