drill 4 3/4'' inch holes and right around where your feet would go and plug them with boat drain plugs. i have floor mats over the holes instead of drain plugs but it works really well and to clean the inside of my jeep i just put the hose in it and let it run. doesn't get any easier then that.

It's been done many times. Just some things to keep in mind...

Pros:
-Easy to clean
-Looks Great
-Tough
-Doesn't stain
-Doesn't hold bad smells

Cons:
-Lets a lot of road/engine noise into the cab
-Takes away A LOT of insulation from heat/cold. If you live in a cold part of the country and drive the Jeep often, I wouldn't recommend it
-Often leaves gaps in between interior pieces such as center consoles that were previously taken up by the carpet

if you use a quality bed liner like rhino-liner, gatorhyde, or line-x, then you wont have the same road noise or temperature issues as you would with the cheaper DIY brands.

the good stuff is sprayed thicker and mostly made of polyurethane.

i sprayed the gatorhyde stuff in my previous jeep, and on many other vehicles and the sound dampening is the same or even sometimes better than the OE carpet.

bottom line, you get what you pay for. so keep that in consideration for whatever type of bedliner you decide to go with

The ads are all based off of keywords found on the page, that way they are more likely to match your interests and get you to click on them.

Not to smash on your guys ideas but I coated my floor with herculiner and it is NOT easy to clean. Once mud gets on it, it seems that scrubbing for hours would be the only thing that would get it back to being black again. I would suggest getting rubber floor mats but thats just me. If someone has a good way of cleaning the inside, i would love to hear it haha

I pulled my carpet and it sucks. LOUD, HOT, trans tunnel will burn your damn leg in the summer when it's hot out. I will be putting carpet back in it soon. I'll deal with having to clean it.
