Default Replacing trackbar

So I finally got my Jeep Cherokee.
I've been fiddling with it for the last couple of days. The usual stuff, new oil, filters, plugs, distributor cap etc.

I also notice that the Sway bar bushing were perished so replaced those and the sway bar links as well. Makes a world of difference in handling.

I also want to replace the Track Bar. Again, bushes looks perished. I managed to undo it on the drivers side. Also I managed to get the nut off on the rear side. However, I can't get the bolt out. You can't really push it from the other side. I fear the steel cilinder in the bushing is probably rusted solid to the bolt. I've sprayed about a whole can of WD40 on it. Going to have another go at it tomorrow morning. Maybe I'll get lucky.

I don't have an Acetylene Torch, that would do the job in minutes I'm sure. Anybody any other tips or tricks I could try?

Jeroen

Yes, you can. If you are replacing the track bar it doesnt matter if you damage the old one removing it. Just cut betweem the bracket and the bar, and the bar will fall out. Just dont damage the bracket.

get some "break away" or "PB Blast" all WD-40 really does is disperse water...
spray it and let it soak then go at it, a can costs like $4.... if that dont work then maybe try a crow-bar and pry it the bolt from the backside of the bracket through the little access window

I used AeroKroil on mine, sprayed it let it sit for 20 mins and drew it right out, that stuff works wonders
