^ I don't know why but I think it is hilarious when I hear/read the word Yanks.
As far as a secondary electric fan, I was going to pick one up from work but was thinking. Could I just grab a second electric fan from a wrecked cherokee? Would it flow enough air?

There nuts dude the pulley might move out of line a bit but will be ok when you put the nuts back be aware of cheapo fans they are not up to much 2100cfm is alot of air for 30 buck sounds to good to be true i fitted to smaller 12inch fans they put 1500cfm each wired through a thermo switch i dont have to worry about them keeps the motor cool and at a far more steady temp they only need to come on in slow moving traffic so most of the time they are off this is how you save on fuel compared to the clutch fan that is always turning if your electric fans are allways on you will see a bit of fuel saving but it still using the motor to power them i would always recomend a thermo switch plus you dont want to forget you left the dash switch off and overheat
they are spal fans i bought them locally for about 40 dollars each not real cheap but much better than the cheapo ones

Hmm, so I take locally means I cant buy them over here in the US. I'm trying to read this Flex-a-Lite chart for fan sizes, but it's so damn confusing. Anyone else have a setup they like and wasnt out the butt expensive?

DON'T DO IT!!! I took out my mechanical fan and installed an electric fan because I read a post where some guy did it and recommended it.
The electric fan burnt out while on vacation in Sequoia. I ended up overheating and had to drive down the mountain. Of course, the local auto parts store did not have anything similar to replace the burnt out electric fan. The A/C fan could not cool off the engine on it's own. I put the mechanical fan back in and later ended up installing hood vents from raceace.com to help draw out the heat. Make sure you keep the fan shroud intact, very important.

Well, I think I decided my route. Im gonna buy a new 2 row all metal rad first, then upgrade my stock electric fan, maybe upgrade the stock mech fan with a new blade design, and then hood vents... I think that should keep the engine cool and happy.
