Check your fuses and see if you have a 20A fuse that is blown. The O2 sensor is powered thru a 20A fuse. If the O2 sensor shorts out this fuse blows and engine does not start. The fuel injectors and ASD relay are on the same circuit.

Sounds like you're in the same boat I am. I replaced plugs, cap, rotor, wires, CPS, rewired the CPS to the ECM (mine's a RENIX), replaced the dying starter and altenator, and got a new, strong battery. It still won't start. I know it has spark and fuel. It fires on a few cylinders, randomly though. Not enough to start and keep running. I'm going to try putting some fresh gas in it (it sat for over a year since it last started) and then, if it still doesn't start, I'm going to replace the fuel pump. If that still doesn't work... anybody want a Jeep?
