Have you looked inside your throttle body. If you have alot of buildup in it you might want to get some throttle body cleaner and see if a $3 can will fix your problem. My jeep had the exact problem yours does after throwing hundreds of dollars at I finally cleaned the throttle body and it fired right up. Post back if you try it.

As others have said, it sounds like a fuse, or possibly the ASD module.
This has happened to my rig twice in the 13 years I've ownerd it... both times it was the ASD.

Just follow the big flex hose from your air filter to the engine, the hose connects to the throttle body on the engine. Loosen the hose and pop it off. Turn the butterfly so its open and look down in the throttle body if it looks black you probably need to clean it. Some people take it off and tear it apart to clean it, I was broke down in bad part of town when mine stopped running so I sprayed it without taking the throttle body off which didn't seem to hurt it any and its ran fine since then. Most throttle body cleaner comes with a little straw that you stick in the spray nozzle, I just pointed it down in the TB and sprayed all around real good and let in soak for a minute or two then sprayed it again. Mine started right up but had to let it run for a few minutes to let the cleaner blow out the tail pipe so don't freak out if it runs a little rough when it first starts.

It could be the ECM module. I had to replace everything in the ignition chain, pulled out the Haynes and found the ECM is also a part of the chain. And just dumb luck it started up after I swapped it, 1990 XJ.

If you get enough of that buildup on your sensors inside the throttle body it will crank all day long but never stay running
