Replaced air filter now engine cranks but wont start?

What r u talking about this is paint not mud incase u missed that... If u look at it u can see that the previous owner sprayed the wheel wells and fenders with a green zinc primer of some sort and its now flaking off... Idk what ur engine bay looks like but my rig gets put to work not to worried about how pretty the engine bay is

It not white it green overspray from the jack *** before and it's faded it's not white and it's not dirty trust me I understand cleanliness I've only had the jeep for three months haven got around to cleaning the engine bay.... I had a baby boy the day before I got the jeep and he pretty much takes up most o my free time... You should have seen yhe trash and dirt on the interior and the dried up mud stuck to the underbody I don't think the guy every washed it... But I'm getting around to it slowly.
