Yep. And they say Made In USA on the box. But the part says Siemens, Made in France on the part just like the factory ones.
Woulda been easier to do when you were swapping transmissions...
Make sure you secure the harness away from the exhaust. There's a clip sometimes on the back of the head or on the intake manifold.

Yeah. It's not that bad. I measured the bolts yesterday as I was farting around, and I have a spare set. The threads are 7mm by 1.0, with a 5/16 or 8mm shoulder, and the head is 11mm. Had to be the French on that deal.

That "i" should be a capitol "I".
Dual glove boxes? Dang.... I can't even wear gloves, so i guess I'm not jealous.
Pete has said in PM's he doesn't think Renix will "seek", when it retards after noting a knock. (if I understood correctly). Being I'm in no hurry, I'm still looking at the idea of having two on a DPDT switch. Looks like two won't fit well though. Myself, I'm thumping around on short trips usually, then air it out a bit with 1,000 miles on the highway.
Spark timing advance is crucial for optimum power and MPG, in my opinion. "a ghost of a ping accelerating from 30 to 50 MPH in high gear" might be about right. Cars of old had a distributor advance right there on the wheel. Different engines, and different fuel move the target. I'm following this one Rooster!

Does anyone know where I can find the parameters for the Mopar module compared to the stock Renix module? I removed the HP module and installed the stock Renix. The HP module had 49 degree's total timing at 1500 rpm's and the knock sensor numbers were bouncing around so fast I could not read them. Renix module 39 degree's total timing and knock sensor numbers were pretty steady. Checked with Chevron 92 octane. I have searched but cannot find out what all is different.
