Default Renix Aux fan not engaging

is it better to just put a freakin switch, or figure this out :'(

has a new temp sender/switch in the radiator.

works when a/c is switched on.

have tried switching the relay with another form the engine bay.

Others will probably chime in. If it works when the A/C comes on, that's correct and means the relay works (at least I think so). I can't recall if my electric fan is usually on when the Jeep is at operating temp.

Comes on at 208*.

Key On, unplug the radiator switch. Jumper the terminals on the harness side. Fan come on?

yes the fan comes on when jumping the harness to the temp switch

That points to the radiator switch. What does your gauge read at the hottest, when you are expecting the fan to come on?

took the switch in for a replacement.

now it works..

dont know why a new one failed so quickly
