Default Removing Nut Strips Rear Passenger side?

Hey guys I'm trying to install a rear hitch and i need to remove the outstrip because it is rotted away how do i get it loose from the frame?

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors

the nut strip for the hitch bolts,when i got my hitch from the junkyard i used a tiire iron and a hammer theres a rivet holding it to the frame i just busted the rivet from the hole it slide thru

you just push the rivet through the hole?

you can drill it out from under neath i had junk yard tools with me when i did it took no time

the rivet on mine was rusted like the rest, and it just 'fell off' - use a little force there isnt much holding it in place.
