my last jeep was cut right behind the cat beacuse i couldnt get it apart to pull the trans out. left it that way wasnt too drony like a v8 in a truck usually is. put a 90* tip oiunted it out the side never had an issue with co but thats just me i also dont drive in conditions that would really cause co posining. i had a buddy with a cj5 and i got co poisoning in that.

64 GMC "Handy-van", Car I learned to drive at 13. (I still have it). I often did long trips and the rear doors didn't seal well. It had wind-wings to male a nice vacuum up front. As the Carbon Monoxide tied up my hemoglobin where oxygen should be, first thing I'd notice is a headache.

I'd guess stop and go city driving. My s10 stopped right past the cab. I was fine with it since I only had one stop light, lived in the country. I never had an issue unless I let the engine warm up in the driveway. Or I'd have the windows open.
