I had a mechanic take a look at it. He said first check easy things such as relay.
As I am not familiar with this car I thought this woud be worth a question.
Also the mechanic found the clutch master cylinder was leaking. And of course just on top of the fuse panel. So in another thread I asked where to buy a new fuse panel.

Ah ha brake fluid eats plastic on fuse box up ive had to bypass some wiring in my box because of this issue brake lights and radio . A replace ment fuse box is not avalible ours is hard wired into harness .Mine was no power out issue not fuse blowing issue .

There are several buss bars that supplie power to fuses in the box if this was the issue you would most likely be blowing all fuses on same supply buss as fuse 7 ...

Best to keep it in the same thread so you don't waste people's time. You'll get better results also. Just sayin'.
