How hard will it to exchange gears from one to mine.. i have to change mine to match the front...

swapping gears is tedious, and isnt for everyone.
Do some research..there is a LOT to do to setup gears properly.

Yea but when takin the rear end out of my donor i snap off the shock stud

Setting up gears isn't common work anyone can do off the street. You have to set them up properly.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Just swap the axle or weld a new shock mount on. It's just a freakin stud man. Way easier than gears. Especially on your rear (I'd be less cautious up front)

cut the factory stud from the axle mount. then re-drill through the bracket and toss a grade 8 bolt in there... no more issues
