Hi guys. It seems as if my rear wiper spray isn't shooting out as it should, it really only covers half of the total wiper span, which makes it annoying when dust, salt, etc collect on the windshield and I can't see - which happens everyday!
I thought it was the nozzle, so I took an air compressor to it and it sprayed clean through - and it didnt fix the problem.
So then I thought it was the pump, but when I disconnect the nozzle tube and let it spray straight out of the hatch (where the tube would connect), it sprays out pretty far and seems to be pressurized.
I didnt notice any leaks in the nozzle tube. And the pump sounds the same as it always has. Any idea what the problem could be?
...Or is this not a problem, but how they usually work? I tried messing around with the placement of the tube on the wiper, and found out moving it about an inch higher (as far up as it can go) helped spread the fluid area out more on the windshield. There's also a little plastic clip on the tube but I'm not sure where it goes? Maybe that's the problem? Or maybe the tube is crimped or something? Not really sure, but getting annoyed with all of these Jeep problems...
