Default Rear wiper issue

Hello, all! I'm hoping someone might be able to help me. My rear wiper quit working a while ago and I've finally decided to fix it!
I checked the fuse for continuity and it was good. I then checked for power to the motor and there isn't any, so my next idea was to check the switch. Should this be my next step and if so, how do I get the switch out? It's right above the center console in my 2000 Cherokee.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Just an FYI, I'm not very mechanical. If you gave the task to a chimp or me, the chimp would probably understand it better! Lol.

Thanks!
Chris

Remove the radio bezel, pull out from the bottom. The rear wiper switch panel can be removed with a few screws.

No power to the motor? Inspect the flexible wiring between hatch and chassis. Known problem spot.
