Default Rear wiper not working

I press the buttons and nothing happens. Any ideas? Where is the fuse box in an XJ? New to the Jeep scene yesterday...

Well we need the year to kno but on my 93 the fuse is under the drivers dash. Also the rear motors are notorious for the gears stripping out inside the motor typical french products

There's a 25 amp fuse at the top of the fusebox marked "rr wipe". Start there.

You don't need it.. just take it off and cover the hole with duct tape
