rear wiper motor relay clicking but not turning
I just bought a used motor off ebay and when I installed it yesterday I couldn't get it to work. When the wiper switch is on I can hear the relay clicking which I assume means the motor/shaft should be turning but it's not. Took the cover off the old motor and played around with that one some and noticed it was binding up, but when I plug it in I get the same type of clicking. Are they both bad or could it be something else?

Should the output shaft spin freely? MY old assembly was missing the shaft and wiper arm. I hit the new one with some pb but it doesn't really spin at all even without the arm
