Hi,

Not a big problem, but the front works and rear does not, happened in the middle of a drive where it was working.

In past the little tubing to washer arm had fallen off, simply put it back on, but that is not the problem this time.

Anyone had this issue before and hints on what it could be/solution?

Motor could be 'burnt' or stuck. Will it move by hand?

Check for power at the motor. Might be wiring problem.

 

sorry but no input on this but I also have the same problem (for as long as I can remember) so Ill be lookin for this answer as well.

Is it a seperate motor? Since front works figured it was valving/electrical. If it is separate pump where is it?

Mine stops when the fluid level is low.
The fronts still squirt, but the back quits.

Try and fill'er up!

 

yes, theres a wiper fluid motor for the front and back. turn the rear wiper washer on and see if you hear a hum sound, as you can with the front.

Mine does the same thing if washer fluid is low. Front squirts fine, nothing goes to the back.

 

Two separate pumps on my 97. Remove the left front inner fender well to get to them. (The autozone replacements are the same for both although you need to use a supplied pigtail for one and not the other.)

 

I think he is asking about the 'washer' side of the system, not the wiper.
Same problem I am having. Front works fine, rear pump sounds like it's running but to water coming out of tube at back.
Took off tubing from sprayer (plastic square clip) still nothing ?
Worked yesterday, now it's not.
Debris in tank?
Any ideas?
