Default Rear wheel locking up while braking

My rear brake issues continue.

I just replaced the cylinders and had some problems with the adjusters due to the adjustment cable guide not being seated properly. The right rear was getting very hot and the left was cool. Here is the thread:

I thought I got that all settled and now the right rear started locking up on me under normal braking when coming to a traffic light or stop sign. It's also still getting very hot to the touch.

Everything seems to be properly adjusted with the rear jacked up and spinning the tire. I am going to be taking the drum off shortly to have a look. Anything that could be causing this?

Took the drums off and everything looks fine. The adjusters are where they should be. Still seems to be properly adjusted. drum spins by hand no problem. I am at a loss right now.

I ended up bleeding the brakes again thinking there might be air in the lines. (Something I read) Everything seems fine so far and both drums seem to be equally warm. Not just the right side getting hot.

I replaced the rear drums, shoes and hardware last summer. Only thing I didn't do were the cylinders. Everything was fine before the leak. It's not a daily driver so and there was hardly any wear on the old shoes so I assume the drum is within spec. I bought new shoes because there was brake fluid all over them on the leaky side. I cleaned and used the existing drums.
