Default rear washer doesn't work

I have a 99 cherokee. The windshield washer works fine., however the rear window washer doesn't seem to work at all (wiper motors are fine). I understand they both use the same bottle located in the engine compartment. Where is the pump for the rear located and is this a common problem? Is there any other areas that I should be checking?
Thanks for your help.

Anyone check if the pump is working? Is the fuse blown? The line/nozzle plugged? Power going to the pump itself?

I dont think this is the same for all the years it listed but looks like where mine is.....looks like the pump is on the bottom and there are two.

jekyllrider is correct on the fact that there should actually be two seperate pumps. most are mounted on the bottom of the jug close together
