Default rear tow point

so my plans for getting a rear bumper have been put on hold for teh time being but i really need to get a rear tow hook on or a shackle mount or something, I would really prefer a shackle mount versus a hook, does anyone know of a place that makes or sells these?

If you get the tow hitch now later on you can get a rear bumper that will still work with the hitch in place. Most bumpers will. I had a rear tire swing bumper on mine that did not have the 2" receiver and it cleared my hitch. Get the hitch and a receiver shackle and then get the bumper down the road. Just my thoughts.

There is a factory rear tow hook that attaches with a nutsert strip. It is a hook and not a shackle

jy trailer hitch only goes for around 50 bux. then grab a warn receiver shackle mount for another 50. you can always sell them later when you get your bumper on.
best tug point to have cause it distributes the shock load evenly between the two rails and the hitch mount in the center.
