Default Rear Sway Bar Bolt Size - Thread Size

Replaced out the rear sway bar bushings today. The problem is one of the bolts in the frame has come loose and just turns. My idea is to use a Rivnut and replace. Does anyone know the thread size of the bolt for 1994 Jeep Cherokee rear sway bar?

The easy way is to remove all the bolts and throw them in the garbage along with the sway bar. Not sure if there is a way to get at the nut. Have you tried using an impact driver? If you are lucky there might be a moment where the nut catches on the frame and there is enough friction and it will tighten up.
