Sway Bar Bushing Size?

gota measure it. I used a cresent wrench to get the bar size and measured the gap. or you can use a peace of string to go around and devide the lenght by 3.14157

The website has told you the size of the sway bar. Now measure it to find out which one is on your Cherokee. Jeep used different sway bar diameters for the different models, as in heavier bars for tow package, lighter ones for standard two door, etc.

Sway bar bushings are next on my list of things to do. How involved is this to do? It looks like a simple job, but simple jobs almost never turn out to be simple.

Did mine over the weekended along with new sway bar links. It was relatively simple, I did have to use a braker bar on the bolts but nothing broke so it was awesome lol

Calipers or a crescent wrench are great ways to measure. If you don't have either of these available there are at least 4 more ways that I can think of. I wrote them in a blog post so you can check it out to see the other ways to measure your sway bar:
