Have someone jump on the rear bumper a few times and watch the fronts of the leafs. Id they move separate from the bolt and bushing the bolt runs through its probably bad.
Here, since its obviously hard for simple folks to understand....

If the leaf moves separate from the bushing or bolt that runs through the bushing the front leaf spring bushing assembly could be bad.
