rear upper shock bolts either all snapped the bolt or shear the nut loose, so we are welding in new nuts.
The holes were messed up some what, so repair work was done to the metal and we are about to weld in new bolts. (the rear cargo area floor pan is out)
Does anyone know the Center - center of the upper shock mounting holes?

Do you still have one of the bar pins from the shocks around? Do your front shocks still have bar pins on the lower mount? You could probably use that as a reference. You could just measure generally center to center on the bar bin (it doesn't have holes - just slots - so there is a little room for error).
