Default Rear recovery point!?!

So i have a stock 1993 jeep cherokee xj and i am looking to put a rear recovery point. For some reason it looks like the guy i bought it off of had a hitch on there at one point and took it off. Should i buy a whole new hitch or can i attach dlinks to where the hitch used to be bolted up to?

x2. I think hitches are better bc you never know when you need to tow something. Just my 2 cents.

i have a class 2(3500 lbs) hitch it does not hang all that low and i put a normal ball mount with a d ring. Works wonders (i also tow).

You can get them pretty cheap at the JY

Hitch. I use one front and rear. Nice strong recovery points with other uses.

crows woods is a park in haddonfield. And assuming you know a little bit about haddonfield snobs they dont take kindly to us wheelers.. but if you google it you can find it. the place where you can wheel at is NO WHERE NEAR ANYTHING Great but if you and a buddie are itching for some fun you can go back there to the compost piles as me and my friend did. If you wish i can meet you some day and take you there.. pending on your setup it will be a quick little bit of fun to splash in some mud. few nasty cross ruts too
