Ight, was out in my drive way since 9am trying to get that oil pan from under my jeep. I tried EVERYTHING you can possible think of. Had friends, family and neighbors trying and NOBODY could do it. Guess ima try to fix it without taking the oil pan out.. I think my jeep was made different then every other one in America.

my exhaust was hot and I was tearing the muffler off with a BFH and my header was still very much hot...and ker-snap cracked my header..:/ If it cracked with a lil vibration I figured time to upgrade

And it's getting caught in between that and the axle. I removed some bolts trying to give it more room and unbolted the exhaust manifold yet it still will not come out!
you need to get the front axle out of the way it seems thats all thats holding you back. im not sure on what bolt is striped that you are talking about BUT a torch and a turbo socket will take care of that

You need to take your tranny inspection plate off. You won't need to completely remove your axle, you just need to get it to drop enough. I've done it leaving the wheels on, I just had to get it up high enough on jackstands. Do you have jackstands under your frame rails? Did you watch part one of the video I posted that showed my WJ up on jackstands and the axle dropping down?
