rear hatch woes

Default rear hatch woes

I have both a 98 and 2000 jeep xj, i'm selling the 00. i swapped the rear hatches because the 00 has defrost. get everything swapped and the wiring is different. wires are different colors and different amont in each plug. does anyone have the wiring diagrams for the plugs?

I found the fix! Apparently further up into the hatch once you remove the plastic there is another connection. That connection is the same on both jeeps, so the wiring could have stayed and just unplugged that connection instead of swapping the harness. Not sure what else this works on but seems like it is for 97-01 XJ's.
