Default Rear end howl.
It's the 8.25 limited slip, makes a howl or whistle only when I'm on the gas... Ring and pinion shot? Any ideas?

Cant tell til you get the cover off and inspect it. Most probably just the bearings are shot and replacing them will fix the problem. It will need to be "set up" properly.
