Default Rear Drums squealing

I just replaced my rear drums and shoes and the passenger side is still squealing or squeaking really bad, I know it will a little when they are new but this sounds bad. any suggestions? Thanks for all of the help.

Any sign of broken/stray hardware that could be scraping on the drum? Backing plate?

did you install new pads and spring kit?
what are your adjusters and wheel cylinders like?

if all is new, you either didn't do something right or you simply just need to adjust the pads by going through the small holes in the back of the backing plate.

use a screwdriver through one hole to push the adjuster lock away and use another flathead through the other hole to spin the adjuster.

thank you guys.

No sign of broken or stray parts or uneven wear.

I was thinking that maybe they needed to be adjusted but I have have already tried that twice (once out and once in a little more that what the measuring tool says)

I am stumped....
