Default Rear driver side window issue?

Hi new to this forum I attached some pictures to the thread I hope they make it. Just wondering if any of you wiseman out there know a fix to this? Or if I can find a new one and replace it? Any help is appreciated, go easy on me

I would head to the nearest junk yard and pick one up and just change it out.

But isn't it part of the actual frame of the door? How would you go about removing it?

Nope, It's a separate piece. I don't recall 100% but I think it is riveted in place. You will have to take off the inner door panel and drill or grind off the old rivets and when you replace it you can just put in some new pop rivets in or get some small nuts and bolt to hold it into place.
