Default Rear Differential Covers

I cant find these at advanced auto parts, my mechanic says i might need to find them at a more specialty shop. Where can i find a back rear differential cover for a 1995 XJ 4x4 Country? Im having trouble on google. I need something cheap. You guys havent failed me in the past. Thanks in advance for recommendations.

Have you tried lookin in junk yards? That would work if you have a d35.

If its an 87 then you 100% have a D35 rear. Junkyard would work to find a cheap one also.

x3 on the junk yard, if you can get 2 diff covers do it, that way you can space the second one off of the first one and use it like a medium duty diff skid. The covers are not thin by any means and if you space it out 1/2"-3/4" then the rock or stump you hit will have to bend that one 1/2"-3/4" before it even gets to your real diff cover. Just food for thought. Its a cheap practical mod. and if your already looking for one why not right?

its a 1995 xj, i said. i recently picked this newer xj up and its sweet, i love it. it looks like its the same as the one on my just slightly different, and make slightly different on its indentation near the plug. it says its for a grand cherokee, but it like basically exactly like mine or other replacements for mine i have seen for near 100 bucks. so im asking if its legit or not. but its too late the auction was running out, so i bought it i guess im gambling on it now.

If its for a grand with the 6 cyl engine then you bought the right kind. Grands with the V8 had the D44a rear and not what you want.

Yeah its a straight 6 like the 87 but with the nicer HO over the renix. im loving this rig. my renix was redeemable cause it only had 80k on it, but the body was rough, this thing the body is nice, int is nice, and the engine has 160k on it. The original owner though had a house in NYC and in the adirondacks so its a ton of highway on the old girl. It runs like a dream. Alot of thanks here for the confirm on that. This forum is so great, and so are all you guys.
