Rear diff leaking around plug....where to get new one?

Rear diff leaking around plug....where to get new one?
I've noticed that my rear diff is leaking around the plug a good bit and I'd like to get a new one....I actually work at a Pep Boys and couldn't find one there, but I didn't look too hard....they weren't in our computer look up. Are they a universal part or are there specific ones? I have a Chrysler 8.25
