The rear brakes on my 01 lock up when coming to a stop, while they are wet. After driving a few miles the problem goes away. Any ideas on what the problem is, or how I can fix it.

 

Rear brake are hard to figure some time's with looking at them.Usually a quick look and you can tell right away what the problem is.Drum brake's are also cheap and easier than peaple make them out to change.Just take one side apart at a time,so you can use one side as a visual aid to see where every thing goes.good luck

 

check your e brake cables if one is binding it could cause this also your brake cylinders and springs
