Default Rear brakes to disk (ZJ disk brakes)

What all do I need from a ZJ w/ rear disks and Dana 35 to swap over to my XJ W/ Dana 35 rear? I have talked to a couple guys who say it is bolt right up and others who say you need to fab a new flange...

What all is needed? My XJ has Dan 35 and is a 1995 w/ ABS brakes.

The ZJ I am looking at is a 96 w/ rear disks @ the local JY.

Besides the backing plates, caliper attaching brackets, calipers, e-brake shoes and hardware, and rotors, you'll also need the master cylinder and prop. valve. You might be able to use the existing e-brake cable. I think you might need longer wheel studs too. I'm sure someone will correct me where I'm wrong but that's the way I see it.
