Really bad death wobble

I have a 1988 cherokee 4.0. and i got a really bad death wobble when i break sometimes. it feels like my axle is goin to fall apart. does anybody have any ideas what it could be?

If it is only when you brake, then you've got a brake issue. Whether it be warped rotors or worn shoes, it's hard to say.
