If you want high beams I got what you just said in 8000k. But I had nothing but problems with the BI-Xenon bulbs buy the Pegasus Projectors without angle eyes and run 55w H7 hid kit http://www.retrosolutionsllc.com/ser...VERSION/Detail. You may not have high beams but it is 10x brighter and more reliable. Click my second link for more information.

those look nice and all.. But to me it looks like your beam is all over the place. maybe its cause you haven't aligned them yet. How is the quality of the projector themselves?

O yea first day I got them I wanted them in not aligned what so ever. The quality if the projector is extremely well done glass lamp and held together by metal not cheap.

Can't tell between this thread and the other one exactly what you are using right now.

So you are using the Pegasus projectors but not his HID kit?

Looks real good however. I'd like to see side by side comparsion between this and an upgraded wiring harness with 100w bulbs and some autopal housings.

Exactly I am using his projectors just not his HID kit. Sorry no comparison I am not taking out my headlights again I have them perfect. Otherwise if you want high-beams stick with an H4 conversion kit. I like the Delta/IPF/Hella headlights the most. You can still run high and low HID if you really want them but they will not be as uniformed and smooth line as a projector.

sorry to bump an old thread but just to be clear:

run the pegasus projectors without the angel eyes and buy the 55w H7HID kit from retrosolutions.com ?

if i would like to run high beams but do not want to run into problems with the bi-xenon bulbs is there another solution?
thnx!

Retrofit with Bi-xenon projector. I did it with FX-R bi-xenon projector on the H4 housing.

Yea no problem when I got HIDs the H4 projectors didn't exist, or LED headlights. You can shave down an H4 halogen to fit an H7 headlight. Otherwise If I were to do it all over again I would change to LED. I don't like having the wiring harness or ballast to get in the way. I might convert to Truck-Lite 27450C or JW Speaker 8900 LED. Not sure both run about 250$ per side 500$ total. If I had to pick one I am leaning more towards Truck-Lite, don't know why other then the design setup.
