well i heard that re express lifts are always taller than advirtised.....is this true with rc lifts? i have heard that people have gotton almost 6" out of the re...what will i expect from the rc?

 

I installed a RE 3.5 Super ride kit in my XJ and got 4.5 / 5" out of it with full leaf packs.

 

yea i was going to go with the 4.5 with fulll packs!

 

what size tires do you run with that? and any trimming....i was gonna go with the 4.5 iinch with the fullpacks

 

I think most lifts are higher then advertised. I think a read a few posts on here saying that the RC 3inch lifts were a few inches higher, and same with the 4.5. there's a thread on here somewhere saying how people like the RC lifts. but I heard bad things about RC , but good things also. but more bad things then good things. so that made me want to not get RC.

 

yea i have too but this will be a dd with very limeted offroading so everyone i talked to said it would be ok. they said if it was wheeled hard not to get it but this wont be

 

yea if your not going to be wheeling it much or wheeling it hard then get the RC
