Any input? JCW doesn't really tell what the kit comes with... Anyone know? Anything else required?
If I can get an all included lift for this price, I'll definitely go for it.
3" could cause some vibes I think. Anything required not with the lift that'll remedy that? DD
Thanks as always

I just installed a 3" (not RC, but same height) and had some serious vibes from what I believe was the driveline binding. Made my own 1" T-case drop which seemed to have solved the problem.
Everything else seemed to be okay.
Good luck

The 97 and newer XJs are more suseptable to vibes with lower lift then the earlier models. The 97 and newer XJs have a shorter tail housing on the TC.
I talked to the guys from JCWhitney... it includes front coils, AAL and a block...
weird combo IMO
I asked them if I could ditch the block and maybe get a discount and the dude I talked to said that they didnt advise mix and matching lift kits lol...

I'd be a bit wary of getting something that they don't even list the parts it comes with on the site. It's like buying blind. From other research I have found that JC Whitney is the only retailer to sell the RC kit with blocks for the rear and no shocks included. You would be much better off to just buy from RC directly, they have great customer service and back their products up. Plus you are only looking at $255 for a complete kit with AALs for the entire 3" of lift (no blocks), 3" lift springs and 4 new shocks. Here's a link to their kit:

Do not and I stress do not buy you suspenion at JC Whitney...They suck on so many levels. Their RC kits are not complete and you are better off contacting RC themselves and talk to grimus to get the best price you can.
i just got a lift from rough country off their website i bought the 3 inch series 2 with new lower control arms shipped to my door was $400 bucks that came with coils control arms shocks and aal im happy with it so far but as they said dont buy it from jc whitney
