random cutting out
Unless you only feel it at a certain spot in the throttle, then the Throttle Position Sensor would come into question. GL

Have you been able to take your Jeep to check for codes. You said you have a new CPS. Where did you purchase it from? If it was an after market one and not an OEM from the dealer that can still be your problem. After market CPS's have been known to fail really fast that is if they even work at all.
