Does anyone on here use the rampage headlights from Quadratech? If so do you like them and do you have to upgrade the headlight wiring?

Don't do a headlamp upgrade without it. JUST the harness will increase your stock headlamp intensity by about 30% BTW. It's best to do the harness now as it takes less time than changing the headlamp switch and it's connector after it has melted down some dark night.

Here's a place to get the harness. I got 3 of them from eautoworks. Easy to install. I got the last one installed in under 20 minutes.

The first lighting upgrade you should do is the wiring harness even if you planned on running sealed beam lights.
If you are going to be running any sort of upgraded lights then you are wasting money by under-powering them using the stock wiring and risking an electrical fire by drawing too much current through the stock headlight switch.
You can make your own http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoHeadlightLoom.htm
Or you can buy one: http://www.eautoworks.com/Putco-H4--...s-PRD7540.aspx
The eautoworks harnesses used to be quite cheap until everyone on this forum started recommending them and the price was raised accordingly.
You can pick them up for $29.99 here http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/csd/full.aspx?Page=48 part number 36-3580. It says it fits a chevy blazer but it's the same as the eautoworks harness and I'm running the LMC harness in my XJ.

I have a set of cheap ebay housings (very similar to the rampage housings) with good bulbs and the eautoworks harness and i'll never go back to stock - 500x better light output over sealed beams
