The radio has two 12 volt feed wires. One is hot with Ign., the other is always hot. It's lost the 12 volt constant. It powers the memory. Check for a blown fuse.

i ran my own constant becouse one day the stock one stoped getting power. the fuse was good i even tried a different fuse and i was to lazy to track it down. is there something i have to wire the constant to to have memory?

Usually the yellow wire on most radios are the constant hot, you can run it under the dash to the fuse panel marked (Batt) if you like...Tj

the constant power should be red and the acc should be yellow. i wired mine straight to the fuse box the red in an open terminal that i found using my test light that had constant power and the yellow to an open terminal that only had power when the key was turned to acc. but i switched mine to have power all the time and i have to turn it on and off manually i just prefer it that way
