Default radio help

I have a 93 cherokee 2wd and my radio restarts everytime i shut it off and my headlight effect it when i shut them on an off, i was wondering if anyone knew the right way i to wire it or is there a site that can help me.

I would check to see if maybe the wires for the radio and the headlights are touching from being bare at the same spot. Other than that, I have no idea. figured that may be a start. Maybe check if the PO crosswired the radio into the fuse for the headlights or something. PO's do some crazy stuff, and maybe the initial cutoff of the headlights draws power from the radio for a second.
