quick stupid question - rotors stuck
They went on okay. I haven't tightened everything down yet because I had company and was only working enough to know it would work, but I got it. There might have been a little warping because everything seemed to take some finagling to get right, but in the end it was all okay.
Thanks for all the suggestions. Add another thing to the list of stuff I couldn't get done without you guys chipping in.

Nice!! Glad it worked out.
I meant to mention that I've always taken the brake rotors and slathered anti-seize on the back of them (making sure not to contaminate the friction surfaces of course) so they don't freeze up like that again. Considering the fact that in order to do ball joints, hubs, axle shaft seals and u-joints and obviously, brakes, the rotors have to come off - it's a huge help. Also, you did make sure to spray the heck out of the new rotors with brake cleaner after taking them out of the package, right? That packaging material and coating they put on the new rotors to keep them bright and shiny is like acid on the brake pads and will cause premature wearing out of the pads.
I'm also very generous with the anti-seize on the hub bearings where they mount in the knuckle. It's nice to be able to give a couple love taps to the head of one of the 12-pt hub bolts and have the thing pop out of the knuckle.

I didn't know to do that. I don't think I've ever actually bought new rotors before, lol. I've had my existing rotors turned before, but this is the first time I've replaced with new.
I'll take a look at that when I get home.
