If it's the one that goes to the valve on the front of the air box don't worry about it, you won't have any issues. The other small line I can't remember off hand. The big one goes to the charcoal canister, the kit will have a way for that to attach.

So having it just laying there wont affect my Idle any and its a cai my buddy gave me but it does have a port on it I assume is for that. Also gonna relocate the IAT. What should I use to plug the hole where the IAT was? Maybe another IAT from the scrap yard would work.

I'm sure it's a common thread, may well be a pipe thread that will take a plug from a hardware store. I suppose I'd just go in with the IAT to match the thread.

You can pick up a cittle cap at an auto parts store for where the little vacuum line (off that "block"), came iff that goes to the thermal switch for the heated air intake on your air box.

I hope the kit has something to rout the front CCV tube to it. Might be one of those little filters will clog up inside where you can't see it, then it will look like your rear main is shot when the crankcase pressure goes up.

1/4 " NPT plug.

I don't like the idea of eliminating that tube from the front of the valve cover. It can affect idle and also is instrumental in removing moisture from the crankcase.

My redneck fix for plugging the vac line. Used a service port off of a Trane A/C unit and put a new scrader valve in it. Works like a charm

Now it's gettn confusing. The tiny little tube that went the the thermal switch on your old air box, just needs capped off. (same tubing as on the EGR solonoid).

It looks like it has a deal to accept the front CCV vent. (Important), as well as the canister vent. THEN, from that other deal vac. is provided for the CCV valve on the REAR of the valve cover. You want that. Far from "harmless", Positive Crankcase Ventilation is a very good thing. Also it's designed for that little 2.6mm? "vac leak" at the CCV orifice.

Also you need vacuum to the FPR. Looks good! So a 1/4 in. pipe thread plug will plug the old IAT hole...good to know.

HaHa! I want to make sure you have vac to the Rear CCV and the FPR, have capped the tube that went to the thermal switch in the old air-box, and that the front vent on the VC is free to vent. Stuff that I figure matters.....
