dont know where you live but many truck stops have cb shops give em a call. truckers are on channel 19 if you live anywhere near an interstate and can hear any truckers and can talk back your probably ok on the setup. turn the squelch down just till you dont hear static. that way any signal strong enough for you to receive you will hear

i do google :P, yeah, the washer fluid pump is full, you sure it's located in the tank, or is it located on the side of the tank? i listened to a conv. last night and tried to transmit last night asking for a mic check, but no one answered me, they just kept on talking, so i'm not sure if they just couldn;t hear me, or if they just ignored me. my first and second positions on the windshiled wipers are the exact same speed.

Most likely they were too far away to hear you, truckers have very powerful setups, most you need for wheeling or dd is a couple miles ahead

your delay isnt working on the wipers, sounds like the switch is worn out if turning it dosent change or activate any delay
and yea the pump isnt in but on the tank but its located behind the drivers side inner fender ill let u search ffor any vids pertaining to their respective repairs

in addition alot of truckers use an illegal power amp on there radios and can go for up to 30 or 40 miles so like mentioned they didnt hear you, the fact you heard them is promising though

and ill say this with a smile if you decide to get on the interstate to test the radio dont get youre feelings hurt if they name call you there are many racist, biggot aholes on the cb radio, just try not to ask too many questions

You might catch a pause, then try, "break channel 19, this is ******, can I please get a radio check"

By given'm you handle they don't need to respond to you as "breaker", and "radio check", is the term I'm familiar with....then go through the channels.

I doubt terminology is your issue, but maybe.
