I have wiring for a fog light switch. I have a socket for fog lights in my PDC (the relay fits snug and I can see a receptacle in the plug.) Hmm, makes me think this XJ was wired for fog lights.

But I cannot find the harnesses in my front bumper? I found one plug for the outside temp sensor (for if I had an over head console) but I cannot find either fog light plug? Are they hidden anywhere special in the bumper or do I just have an XJ halfway wired for fog lights?

 

That's strange. my 98 sport have the wires just under the front bumper near the foglight cutouts but I don't have the the pins in my PDC for the relay.

 

Ah! They must have installed my harness on your XJ at the factory.

Oh well, I guess I don't have the harness if they are that easy to spot.

It is funny on how they wire these things.
