Question about sail/vent glass

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
Have an 88 xj 2dr with the sail glass that doesn't open is there a way to change them to the vent ones with out changing the doors??

2 screws 1 bolt roll window down, remove door panel ,remove screws and bolt, pull window back towards rear of door slide it up and out
