so i had a hard time with it but had it all put together and tightened and started to bleed it but so that the dual female fitting at the master cylinder side was leaking.. and is was as tight as i could get it.. is there so posed to be an o-ring inside of it to keep it tight or go u use thread tape or am i missing something..

all brake line use a 45 degree double flared metal to metal seat, no gasket or seal required

if its leaking either the sealing surfaces are damaged or you threaded it wrong and its either seated wrong or not seated at all.

Agreed /\ , and defiantly don't try any sealant or O ring. Sounds like maybe you
need a new line, (since it is so short/cheap), and careful not to cross thread it.

another possible issue is that the line corroded inside the fitting and its seeping or leaking through there.

I have also seen some crack due to the line twisting with the fitting instead of spinning freely
