Question about 4wd linkage?

this pick is looking from back to front
check the holes in the bottom
the bolts for the trany Mount are offset to the driver side
and should be mounted in the middle holes
as the arrows show

No not yet rigged it up so only have 4hi and 2hi. If I go in 4lo linkage pops out. I looked at my crossmember and it looks like it leans to the passenger side. I do have two broken studs on my crossmember to frame.
